I first heard of Magic Sword in the GoPro streets of Japan video and was immediately inspired by their music style and art. I used this as inspiration and transformed The Magic Sword into true form! Based on a concept by Shay Plummer, it was modeled in 3dsMax, Zbrush, Lit and rendered in Vray, composited in After Effects. I 3D printed out a hollow collapsable version for the musicians to use for their shows.
